A good traditional hotel with lots of character. Ideally situated in the heart of the old town. Polite friendly and efficient reception staff. If you call the reception and book thier car to pick you up from the airport it will cost less than jumping into a taxi (and it's also safer as most taxi's are barely road worthy and driven by maniacs). Rooms  are comfortable and well furnished. WIFI works well. Well stocked mini bar but not facilities for making hot drinks. Good breakfast in an ancient vaulted cellar. I did not visit the restaurant as it is a little formal for my tastes. However, in this part of town there are so many great restaurants to discover that, I expect, most people would choose to eat out.

The experience of staying for 4 nights was hassle-free. We used the free wired internet on a daily basis and ate at the buffet breakfast each day. The breakfast was awesome. We used no other services from this "5 Star" hotel. It cost us more than the average hotel rate for Vilnius which was our way of pampering ourselves. But the rate was still lower  than a 3-star in London or Paris. The beds were harder than American beds (but we like that so it was perfect). The windows were soundproofed so being over the street was not a problem. The shower was big enough for two people with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The cotton robes were a great way to drive off after the shower (but the slippers were cheap). We asked about going to Trakai Castle and they offered us a car and personal driver for 3 hours at a cost over $400! I am sure they have people who would pay for this type of personal service. We, on the other hand, paid $2 each and took a bus to Trakai. The bus ride definitely gets you with the locals and adds to the experience. The hotel is located in an excellent spot near the Cathedral on the pedestrian (mostly) street that runs through old town. We would stay at this hotel again.

Våre forventninger til hotellet ble absolutt innfridd. Et hotell med historisk sus på alle måter. Hotellet hadde også en bil med sjåfør til disposisjon til en rimelig penge. På den måten kom vi oss ut til blant annet til Trakai. Å leie sykkel var også hotellet behjelpelig med . Utleie ligger rett ved hotellet. Maten på hotellet MÅ bare oppleves. Dyrt  sammenlignet med andre opplevelser, men verd alle pengene! Spa avdelingen var også fin, men kunne vært mere til disponibelt på dagtid, uten at det kostet penger og ikke bare gratis på morgenen. Vår totale opplevelse av hotellet og beliggenheten var topp!!!

Hotellet er Ok. Betjeninegen var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Men mener bestemt at dette ikke tilfredstiller 5 stjerner. Sengene var ukomfortable. Frokosten var minimal. Det er veldig lytt - eller støy fra resepsjonen på det rommet vi hadde, siden vindusiden vender innover. Beliggenheten er jo topp med tanke på å besøket i gamlebyen.

Centrale, in stile, ben ristrutturato, ottimale per le visite turistiche al centro storico. La camera standard è leggermente inferiore alle tipologie degli altri pari classe ma ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Non all'altezza la colazione.

This hotel is outstanding. From the perfect location in old Vilnius to the delicious breakfast and clean and cozy room, you will be happy you stayed here. It us in a historic building and has been updated completely, but they have left some if the history (old wall painting, original stone cellars) which enriches the experience.

Hotellet var helt ok, men hadde støy om natten. Stiller spm om dette hotellet kvalifiserer til 5 stjerners, da Spa avdelingen var utrolig liten og manglet utlufting,samt hadde vedlikeholdsmangler og renhold. Som 4 stjerners hotel hadde vi ikke reagert. Vårt opphold ble noe negativt, da vi hadde større forventninger til et 5 stjerners hotel.
